• Data security: We use secure systems to store information and comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.

 Terms & Conditions

When working with us, the following terms apply:

1. Quotations – All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
2. Orders – A project is confirmed once written acceptance and (where required) a deposit are received.
3. Payment Terms – Payment schedules will be agreed prior to work. Late payments may result in interest charges.
4. Delivery & Installation – We will agree a timeline, but external factors (weather, supply chain) may affect delivery dates.
5. Guarantees – Our steel frame buildings come with [X-year structural guarantee]. Cladding, doors, and other components carry manufacturer warranties.
6. Cancellations – Cancellation fees may apply if work or materials have already been ordered.
7. Liability – We hold full insurance and take every care, but we are not liable for delays or costs outside our control.

Full contract terms will be provided before work begins.

Health & Safety & Insurance

Your safety, and that of our team, is our top priority.

• Health & Safety Policy – We operate in line with UK Health & Safety regulations (HASAWA 1974) and carry out site-specific risk assessments before installation.
• Training – All staff are trained in safe working practices and hold relevant certifications.
• Insurance Cover:
• ✅ Public Liability Insurance – up to £
• ✅ Employer’s Liability Insurance – up to £
• ✅ Contractors All Risk Insurance – covering materials and works in progress

Copies of certificates and risk assessments are available on request.
