There is no single meaningful price for every steel building. The final quotation depends on the building and the scope required.

What Affects Steel Building Cost?

Size, height, roof type, insulation, the number and size of doors and windows, site access and foundation requirements can all affect price.

Supply Only vs Supply & Fit

Buildings can be quoted on a supply-only or supply-and-fit basis. The quotation should make clear which elements are included so different proposals can be compared on a like-for-like basis.

Compare the Full Specification

Do not compare steel buildings on steel thickness or section name alone. Ask for the structural specification, calculations where applicable, member sizes and grades, connection details, bracing arrangement, cladding build-up and scope of supply.

Get a Project-Specific Figure

Send the approximate width, length, eaves height, postcode and intended use. The quote form also accepts drawings, sketches and site photographs.
